Customers are our most important partners in the innovation process. Their requirements and their feedback are important tools in our development of products and solutions for current and future market demands. An innovation can be called a success only if its benefit is evident to the customer. Our aim is to lead the market in innovation.

This is why we are constantly developing our product portfolio and our services in accordance with customer requirements. By doing so we are setting the market standard, which is confirmed by more than 50 patents and innovation awards in recent years. Our key customers have appreciated this mode of cooperation for decades.

Our ability to innovate is also the result of a consistently high level of investment. Each year, we invest about 20 per cent of our revenues in the development of groundbreaking ideas and the implementation of innovations in actual products and services. About 15 per cent of our staff are working in research and development.

The reward is a high level of proficiency in development, design and production. At KRIWAN, quality and innovation are closely interrelated.
