KRIWAN is especially committed to the further development of the skills and abilities of all its staff, based on the requirements of the company and its customers. This is because with their commitment and their qualification, all KRIWAN employees ensure excellent processes and products, contributing directly to the satisfaction of KRIWAN customers and thereby to their own job security.
Staff development at KRIWAN is based on several components: on further training and education, tailor-made to the requirements of the specific position, on the dedicated support of new generations of graduates through mentoring, and on the support of vocational qualifications.
Staff development already starts at vocational training. Qualified new employees are trained in-house and then supported continually in their further development. We are proud to have employees still with us who were "on board" at the start, over 40 years ago.
Even now, we are adapting to the challenges presented by demographic change. Individual work-time models are being offered to older colleagues, adapted to their special needs. A well-blended age structure also results in the constant development and passing-on of skills, contributing to continuity in the company's development.
