Vocational qualification

Our staff are highly committed to further education. We also support vocational qualification that goes beyond the usual further training programmes. This applies to highly diverse types of work. In recent years, a number of production staff have successfully completed training as parts finishers in a joint project with other regional enterprises. Other employees may acquire an MBA degree in cooperation with the Steinbeis Foundation.
