The GABI Joint Training Initiative

KRIWAN is a member of the "GABI" regional joint training initiative. The acronym is for "Gemeinsame Ausbildungsinitiative" - Joint Training Initiative - by the companies KRIWAN, KRIWAN Testzentrum, Bürkert, Rosenberg and R. Stahl and Stahl Cranesystems. This project provides vocational training for electronics technicians in devices and systems. The training is structured into several sections, during which trainees rotate between companies. In the first year, the trainees rotate as a group through four of the six firms and make themselves familiar with them. The benefit is that trainees from each company acquire specialist skills and knowledge from all the other companies as well. KRIWAN for example contributes its high degree of training expertise in project management to the GABI project.
