INT69 - Reliable portfolio with new functions

KRIWAN presents further developments of the current product pallet

The INT69 "family" has established itself in several applications in compressor protection. At the Chillventa, KRIWAN presents the further advancements made to the existing product portfolio. With several new protection and monitoring functions: DSP, ΔR/Δt 2nd Generation "MT / HG" and "selective reset" demonstrates KRIWAN's leadership in innovation.

The "DSP function" stands for "digital signal processing". It allows for an optimised phase monitoring for compressors operated by frequency inverters. The DSP device filters the supply voltage and assesses findings for optimisation of the protection function. As a result, the efficiency and the availability of the machine is vastly improved during frequency converter operation.

The improved function "ΔR/Δt 2nd Generation" allows for a quicker shut-down of the machine in case of blockage. Using the function ΔR/Δt, there is a reaction to the motor temperature increase. As a result, the blockage of the compressor is detected immediately. The required shut-down is done faster. That means no overheating in the case of blocking, i.e. less thermal stress for the compressor.

The function "MT / HG" brings more precision in the analysis of the compressor temperature data. Motor temperature and hot gas temperature are analysed separately. Therefore, a reaction of the INT69 is possible based on the motor or hot gas overtemperature .

In the function "selective reset", which is a restarting based on the type of error (e.g. with time delay), various entry criteria create individually definable reactions in the new KRIWAN products.
