Instant commercial success for KRIWAN's new oil level regulator

From zero to 2000 - aptly sums up the oil level regulator INT280's successful commercial release. On October 1, 2009 the new product was released with approximately 2000 devices ready for use in less than a month for a wide range of applications, all to the customer's satisfaction.

KRIWAN's innovative oil level regulator INT280 complements the system solutions for efficient and reliable oil management in A/C and cooling systems. The INT280 can be used both for multi-compressor packs with several compressors in parallel and for reciprocating as well as screw compressors. The product functions according to an optical-electronical principal and consists of a mechanical part with a sight glass, a solenoid valve, an optical measuring system, and an electronic evaluation unit. Another unique factor is the product's independence from the mounting position, enabling it to be used at 180° reversed. The simplicity of the product's connectors has been praised by the operators in particular.

The performance of the INT280, especially the integrated general concept, the precise oil level measurement and the possibility for use in low and high pressure systems caused several plant manufacturers to drop their previous suppliers and implement the KRIWAN innovation. The electronic oil level regulator actively contributes to innovations in compressor protection leading to increased security and efficiency of cooling systems. The INT280 is installed directly to the compressor, however adapters for other refrigerating systems are also available as needed.
