• Application

  Together with the corresponding KRIWAN evaluation unit the screw-in unit is used for non-contact detection of fill limits and has been designed for installation at the side of the container or compressor. Applications as per Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23 EC are excluded.

• Functional description

  Proper mounting at the changeover point depends on the application and needs to be ensured by the user. The max. torque of the screw-in unit is approx. 75Nm. A ring spanner or socket key has to be used to tighten the unit to the correct torque. The glass cone must not be damaged. The mounting for the electronics (especially the glass) needs to be checked for cleanliness. After refilling the container or compressor, check the seal of the screw-in unit.
